Now available at the Drom!

We are proud to introduce our very own beers, brewed and canned on the South Coast of NSW exclusively for Tilba Brewing Co by Stoic Brewing. We're proud of these great beers, developed in a close collaboration between two NSW South Coast family businesses!

The Palace Pale Ale delivers bold tropical flavours backed by a light malt body and we think is a fitting tribute to the colourful and interesting past of the Drom. We created the Palace Pale Ale as tribute to the iconic Dromedary Hotel, which was originally named the Palace Hotel when it was built as a coffee palace back in 1895.

The Prospectors Amber Ale is a smooth copper-toned ale with malty caramel and biscuit flavours complemented by bright, citrusy hops. This ale recognises Tilba's goldmining heritage. The discovery of gold along nearby Dignam's Creek in 1852 led to the creation of the Mount Dromedary Gold Mining Company, which operated in the Tilba area from 1878 until 1910. Remnants of the miners' equipment can still be found in the foothills of Gulaga.
